We take you by private boat to the middle of the Albufera, where the skipper of the El Roig family has a decorated table ready. You spend an hour and a half alone on the water, with a board of Iberian cold cuts and cheeses, bread and picos, potatoes and pâtés with regañás, while the sun turns the lake orange and gold.

Bread and breadsticks
Artisan bread and picos (small crunchy breadsticks) to go with the board.
Potatoes
Potatoes to nibble and share while the sun goes down.
Pâtés with picos and regañás
A selection of artisan pâtés with crunchy picos and regañás (traditional Valencian crisp flatbreads).
Your choice of drink
Wine, cava, beer or a soft drink, whichever you prefer. Water is included.
A decorated boat
A table decorated with flowers and linen on the boat, just for the two of you.
